What andrew J doesn't like about Mostro Coffee:
I'm always releuctant to write a negative review. However when the 3 people I was at the Mostro shop with yesterday evening, felt the same, I write the following with no reservations. Stopped here for a coffee, sat outside the front in the sunshine. It is also a vinyl record shop. Lovely coffee, friendly staff.

and excellent service. Apparently coffee is Nicaraguan and beans roasted in Cornwall. An arty unusual cafe with quirky surrounds. Vinyl shop adjacent.

"This is one of my favorite places in oxford, right in the heart of the cowley road – one of the most lively. I was here often for some great Arabic coffee and delicious baklava, but finally I felt compelled to try one of their main things. my only regret is that I didn't do it earlier! I had the kofta and can't wait to go to another. delicious lamb meatballs served with potato, tomato sauce and crumb infused brot."
