"SO I placed an order for a meeting around 9:30a online with delivery between 1230p and 1245p. I was charged. Food was running late which i understand due to a large event. I called back and they said it would be an hour before my food was made. again, understandable. the problem is, I never received my food. Panera stopped answering my calls. i finally got someone on the phone who was checking on the order and then I was hung up on. it is now 3:50p, still no contact from Panera and no food. How disappointing."
