"I didn't want to believe the bad reviews because there were so many good ones, but I did not have a good experience. The server I had was very friendly but messed up a lot and it wasn't busy at all so I can't blame high workload and I was just a table for one. I ordered french onion soup and a chicken dish that came with risotto. The soup came out after the entree and it wasn't the right soup. The risotto was so undercooked I sent it back. Got my soup and it was good, then got my entree back- risotto still very undercooked so I sent it back again and ordered something else because I just wasn't confident I'd get a decent risotto. I got the scallop pasta dish which was decent and they gave me extra scallops for the trouble of my previous mishap; they also took it off the bill so I was pleasantly surprised and thought it was very good customer service. I also think they could reduce the portion sizes of each dish because it was just so much food I felt bad I couldn't finish it all and it would go to waste."

"We normally do not dine out for the Thanksgiving Holiday but due to families schedules this year we decided to. Few restaurants that we are familiar with were open so this was our first time at Eleven Waters. The food was excellent as was odur server. The Chef even came out and greeted us at our table. We will definitely go back!!"

"Our dinner experience was very nice. We had no reservations, but they opened up, the staff seemed worried that we wanted a table without one, but still sat. I thought that would be a star, because it was a Monday at 4:00, but the restorer was slowly busier and busier when the time went on. I guess they're sitting with us, even though they knew they were busy. I ordered a dirty martini, but I didn't mention that I wanted gin, not vodka. I felt terrible when she brought me one with vodka and told her I won't be able to drink it, they don't wear gin at the bar I found strange. The waitress was incredibly friendly and apologized and took it out of the bill. The food was very delicious especially the scallops, olives and crab cakes. The lobster ravioli was... disappointing. I felt that the sauce was exaggerated and would fit much better with something hearty like chorizo. We have the Chambord Dessert and it tasted sticky and fake. The upper layer of chocolate was delicious, but the pink layers were pff tasting. Overall it was a great dinner and we loved the restaurant, we will definitely be back."
