"I ordered myself. Ramen noodles and pad Thai. The ramen was good, not great, could have used more taste, but it was definitely good. Pad Thai with Tofu was tasteful but lacked the bamboo shoots and cuts that it accompanied in other restaurants. I can try to eat next time and see if that makes a difference."

"Food and service was horrible, ordered chicken fingers and fries for the kid. The chicken was overcooked, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in shrimp grease. Also ordered Hibachi and a teriyaki bowl which tasted a little weird. When we complained about the food nothing was done other than offering a discount, even for the food our kids didn't want to eat. I would never come back here and if could have rated this negatively, I would have."

"Best Chinese food in the area! The food was so hot and fresh. I've eaten at almost every Chinese place in the cape, Lehigh, fort myers area and this is by far the best. The crab rangoon had too much air in them vs the amount of filling, but again that's only a small issue. The main entrees were all amazing. This will be my family's primary take out place from now on! Well done!"

"I placed a carryout order to Ichiban about an hour before closing this past Friday and I was nothing short of pleased with the experience. Outstanding. While I was inside picking up my order the staff treated me like family or a long time friend. My family and I have also visited Ichiban for table service in the past and always leave satisfied. Food is great and the serving sizes are plentiful. I just finished my leftovers from my last visit as I was writing this review, still delicious! 5 out of 5. Thanks Ichiban staff!"

"Filthy dirty kitchen, with a husband and wife screaming at other behind a fortress of plexiglass, that they throw your food and money through. Had to drive back to return their RAW sweet and sour shrimp! They actually had the audacity to try to deduct $2.00 from the cost because I didn’t return with the white rice! Seriously, no apologies, just gave me a hard time telling me to go home and bring back the white rice for a full refund! Theses 2 crazies are barricaded behind plexiglass yet they accepting and storing return food from others!?? I demanded a full refund. Finally, after much back and forth, the additional amount was thrown at me through the trap door. Most importantly, they didn’t throw those raw shrimp in the trash, soooo… best of luck if you go eat here. Enjoy"
