"Yummy. Had a classic Greek salad and had added steak and it was perfect. A very sweet woman took care of us and recommended that she was new, but she did a great job, professional and very candidate about her status. I've eaten here and I haven't had any complaints. Proposal for consumers is wearing a thin jacket or sweater because their central air is very efficient "

"Great service inside. The employees were kind and patient. Everything was fresh and the environment was clean. We loved our breakfast bagel sandwiches, and they were made in record time. Just to help others like me who may not know, they can make any bagel “skinny”. Very pleased!"

"Great spot, excellent bagel sandwich which you can leave in the foil, it has to breathe imho! Good parking, odd location but I don’t really understand the area…typically I’m eating meet paddies and jerk chicken boyeee! The shop has a cafe like feel, with pastry case up front, nice seating area shared with subway! Connivence store is selling all the garbage I’m opposed to: sugar tobacco, kratom? Bongs……zagnut? Solid bagel, I saw a guy eating a waffle with strawberries and from my angle I could see a flat top and the grill action baby!"

"I live near and this is my usual visit to Bagel-Platz when I have the time, but the process for orders and waiting time is absurd. You need a better system because efficiency is a big problem. Your current system: Once you reach the register to place your order, the person taking your order leaves the register to make your order and then to you. Then take the next person, process repeated. No wonder there are always lines. You always have a ton of body, but service is incredibly slow and that is why. It is roasted bagels, it should be?t takes 30 minutes from the arrival to finally hand over your food. You should have dedicated people to the register and a ticket system that goes to dedicated employees who make the Bagels. I've tried to order online, but that's even longer I mean for almost 45 minutes for roasted bagels with cream cheese. You really need to rethink their system. The bagels are great, but it is not worth the frustration of waiting for inefficiency."

"Came here with my mom for a late lunch. We were definitely impressed with the selection and quality of food. However the service was not super great. We got the impression the waiter was frustrated with us because we were taking a while to order and that we weren't ordering dinner items. He had an eye roll' type attitude. I will definitely eat here again but hope to have a better experience with the staff considering their menu selection is at least 4 pages front back special menu list."

"The best bagel shop in CT. We drive out when our way to get here for their top note bagels and fantastic coffee served in good cups that keep your coffin hot. Not your hands. They serve French toast and delicous omelets and have fresh fruit in the coolers. Can't recommend enough. They deserve recognition for their fantastic café. Really food for the soul when you are a bagel lover like me."

"The best spot in Michigan to go for bagels and cream cheese cravings. The only place which serves wide range of sandwich combinations for bagels and paninis. Especially the ones which have different omelette options. Definitely recommend this."
