"Portions were small relative to price, over easy eggs were first over cooked and then it came out sunny side up, pancakes were a bit dry and served with ketchup, hash browns i.e. fried potato cubes was cold and overloaded with paprika, salad was not fresh where the tomatoes were falling apart off the fork...terrible. Would never recommend and absolutely never come back."

"This place is ridiculously expensive! Twice I ordered a toasted sesame seed bagel, with Mayo, turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. It cost almost $13. without a drink or chips! The 2nd time I received my sandwich. The turkey was extremely too thick for a sandwich. I could have used a knife and fork to cut and eat it. I ended up giving away half of the sandwich. And the other half, I ended up throwing out all the turkey except for one slice. I will never go here again because $13. for a bad sandwich is too steep to my pockets!"

"This is by far one of the worst ramen places I have been in NYC. I had their Ibusuki ramen. The broth was watered down and was lacking on the flavor. The Ajitama was overcooked : ... The noodles were good consistency. Overall I would give the ramen bowl 1.5 stars. I also ordered spicy tuna sushi which was meh I know I know, not the place to order sushi, but just wanted to eat a terrible sushi that day . The place was not packed when we go there. I think there were like 4 other parties. They had only one person who worked as a waiter/ and was taking online/phone/pick up orders. The guy was clearly overworked and not blaming him. But we kept having to remind him of our order items. They also have an offer where if you check in on yelp, you would get free ice cream. We asked for the offer. They said it is still going, but we didn't get the ice cream even after we asked a second time. So we just left without the ice cream. There are many better ramen spots in the area that you should try instead :"

"Friendly staff from the moment we walked in. Incredible bagels I had the everything with Jalapeño cheddar cream cheese. The texture and flavours were fabulous. The menu is massive, so it was a little overwhelming at first, but everyone was so helpful and warm. They noticed immediately it was our first time in and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience, even giving us a free treat for dessert. Can’t recommend enough!"
