"I always come here and get the same thing. Some grumpy woman that took my order said I couldn't do an add on that I have always gotten with no problem before. She then went to the lady at the front to gossip about it and I heard her. How unprofessional! The food is great but her service was subpar."

"Guys rly need to step your game up... I 'll be honest, we only visit here if the deli nextdoor is closed. The bagels just aren 't the same and it 's not even close. So, when I do stop here, I try to just get egg or deli sandwiches. Stopped in earlier, only 1other cust waiting, still took 24 min to get two small sandwiches. Not even going to complain about price so I know that 's notyour guy 's fault, but the service rlyyy needs to get better. 25 min wait, 1 tiny strip of bacon on my bacon and egg sandwich,just all around always disappointed leaving here. Just one time I 'd like to leave this place feeling like I got my money 's worth"

"I almost never write negative reviews but this was bad. We live 30 minutes away and have a Chinese food spot that we love, but we were in this area and decided to give it a try. The women behind the counter was super nice and told me to choose a free item. I chose fried wontons. Food was ready fast. We drove home and started to eat. Sesame chicken was RAW. S&S chicken and egg rolls tasted like oil and were so greasy. The fried wontons were totally tasteless. I was too scared to try the shrimp lo mein. When we saw the pink chicken, we threw all the food in the garbage. Such a waste. I was too far away to even attempt to get new food or want a credit as I'm never going back. We're honestly not picky people but wow...."
