"To begin with, I’m a repeat customer and this says something. Ingredients are definitely very fresh and the 2 guys behind the sushi counter are pretty good and nice. They’ll fix you marvelous dishes with whatever is at hand. It’s not Tokyo, but if you’re in Polanco and crave japanese food go for it!"

"I have eaten in thsi local restaurant at least a dozen times and never had a bad meal, so this is a good review'. The restaurant is small and friendly with tables outside looking out over Parque Lincoln. If you are new to Mexico City...or just visiting then have no fear, this is a safe and friendly neighborhood where you can happily stroll around, and the park opposite Lando's has free wireless internet. This is not the Mexico City of your media-driven nightmares (which doesn't really exist anyway). And so the restaurant... It is a wood panelled, starched table-clothed room which would be perfectly at home on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The food includes seafood (fresh Baja oysters) and excellent steaks. The wine list has some outstanding names and vintages on it, but is weak on whites, which is the perennial problem in Mexico. Last night I drank a Fransola Sauvignon which would be a challenging age for any Sauvignon, but this bottle had spent too much of its life upright or in a warm room. To the great credit of the restaurant we were able to exchange it for another wine without a moment's discussion or debate not always the case in Mexico. I normally order simply from the seafood and steak menu and I recommend you do the same. The Petit Lando steak or the Rib Eye are excellent. If you order more off-piste you might go wrong. The Chicken Kiev (obviously not a Mexican classic) is made with cream cheese and tarragon and is not crumbed. It is quite horrid and should be avoided at all costs. The staff are always attentive and friendly, and we have never had a bad experience there with food, staff, the bill or the atmosphere. It is an easy walk from the hotel zone on Campos Elisios and I thoroughly recommend it."

"This place has many years opened. And still really good. I went there for breakfast and had chilaquiles divorciados wich is with to different sauces green and red the put it fried eggs on the top. Just delicious. And amazing dish. To drink I ordered an orange juice with maracuya wich was great too. Service is so kind and fast."
