"They put alot of care into the cooking, some places skip steps but not this place. They broil their boneless spare ribs until its perfectly charred with the right amount of sauce. Other places just boil the meat and drench it in sauce to cover how old the meat is. The sesame chicken always has a crispy addicting crunch, I think they fry it fresh on order, instead of prefry and keep it in an oven. The owner of this place makes it fresh every day and works grueling hours with no days off. They have truely perfected the craft of American Chinese food."

"Wally made the transition to veganism very easy! they have simple tofu cream cheese daily and two to three other aromas that vary. the owner said he could do everything we want and was open to suggestions. not to mention the bagels are fantastic! they have a selection of aromes including gluten-free. all to go a great place where my vege and non-Veg family can eat together."
