"Fomos muito bem atendidos antes, durante e depois da refeição. O sushi e sashimi com "frescuras" como temperos fortes, maçarico e temperos no sashimi, azeite em sushi que tornou o uso do hashi um verdadeiro desafio. Visualmente muito bonito a montagem das refeições, mas o sabor ficou comprometido, apesar de que os sabores mais fortes agrade a maioria. Eu ainda prefiro o bom e velho sushi tradicional com seus sabores agridoces e o sashimi cuja única manipulação é o corte de peixe fresco refrigerado."
