"In my opinion, this is the best bagel place in Philadelphia. I've been to a number of different bagel places, although I still have a few more to try, I have never been disappointed here. Their homemade spreads are delicious. The people are friendly, the service is quick, it's a lovely little spot to eat in, but more often than not I grab a dozen to go.I've always been a garlic bagel or an everything bagel fan, but the rosemary bagel is amazing.and a new favorite."

"We had a fantastic dinner at Helm, the dishes were so interesting and delicious, with really creative combinations of local ingredients and even some foraged mushrooms. We especially enjoyed the chicken with latke, the flavors were just incredible. Smoked carrots were of course fantastic, and the octopus with balsamic and avocado was a standout. Service was attentive but not overbearing, and the atmosphere was cozy. The noise level was a bit high, perhaps something to dampen the noise slightly would be nice. But overall an absolutely wonderful meal."

"This place is so lovely and quirky. The ambience is very bright and uplifting, the staff are quick moving, friendly, and happy to make recommendations! I had the scallion tuna sandwich. She told me it's partially made from white beans, but the texture is really incredible. The bread was fresh and soft, the lettuce/tomato crisp. My partner got the Mac and cheese with coconut bacon and the chips and dip. He loved the dips one was a kind of sneaky spicy and the other was less spicy but still flavorful. He wasn't super into the Mac bc of the coconut bacon, but I thought it was great. (He can write his own review We also got mochas. The homemade soymilk is really delicious and if you haven't had it, get it plain, warm, and lightly sweetened! I had it in a mocha so it wasn't very sweet, but it did the trick!"
