"My wife and I had a great time at Hy’s. We met up with a friend and really enjoyed the full experience. Everything was cooked to perfection. The Long Island ice tea was on point and the salted caramel crème brûlée was to die for. Also the table side service for the steak Diane and bananas foster was a treat."

"Rachel, Erika, and the team at the restaurant was amazing! There was a group of 12, who went for brunch on a Saturday. Rachel and Erika helped set up the reservation and even offered to take pre-orders! The service staff…especially our main server, were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food came out quickly, hot, and was delicious. Highly recommended the brisket hash. Side note: The Sin City Hot Chocolate for the YYC Hot Fest was a 10/10."

"I ordered a bone in ribeye. I order a bone in ribeye every time I go to a top-flight steakhouse because of the marbling which is flavor. However, there should not be more marbling in there is beef. Out of a 14 ounce bone in ribeye I received about 6 ounces of beef. That is an unacceptable ratio. The server was very nice and accommodating, the pricing was reasonable and the flavor of the beef was good. It’s just not something the chef should have served"
