"We ordered drinks and never got him, the lobster was overcooked and the steak. We did not mention the steak (my guest was very reserved and shy to complain), but the lobster was gum-like and at these prices I was not there. You have never apologised or offered to replace or reduce it. Instead, the cook came in a dirty white t-shirt and started screaming my lady who ordered the lobster. This is in the middle of the restaurant, and management never said a word to the employee. They never scream to customers. When we said I would like a box for the steak, the waiter pick it up and put the bread plate on. I called the owner later in the night and everything she said was thanks for the call, we had never complained before and hanged on me. The food is very expensive there and this is not the kind of service I would expect. For the price I could have gone to Galatoires or Mansurs, but in the area I lived trying to support the local institution. Needless to say, I would never go back and make sure everyone knows about the treatment we have."

"We go once a year to ruths to celebrate our jubilee (and also the graduation ceremony of my wife to this occasion) and everything was excellent. steaks were perfectly cooked, delicious sides, big wine (small price) and our waiter evan was excellent. can't wait to go back!"

"On the other day the people joined fleming for our jubilee. we had other plans, so we ate at the early side. the staff (kitchen and in front of the house) delivered via the board. we sat immediately (at our reservation time) had drinks in no time. eating was as we ordered it and the waiting staff knew our names and used it, but not about the use. the next day my wife noticed that flemings should really be our go-to location for special occasions. I couldn't agree anymore."
