"Can only comment on the breakfast we had here recently. the cafe is near the cbd and had some on the grounds parking, although it quickly becomes full. we have a table on the old veranda overlooking the laurel bank park. the coffee was very nice and the service was surprisingly fast. the food was very delicious and well presented. the only thing that stopped me with 5/5 was that the big breakfast had cut the ham instead of speck and a sausage, although the roasted tomato was awesome along with half avocado. this is just my personal preference. Overall and nicely eat price cafe with very wallpaperstry, we will be back."

"Had an absolute amazing experience thanks to Eli turner. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. The attention to detail and level of professionalism was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Eli to anyone looking for a top-notch service. "I had low expectations when we booked here because as yet I have not had anything extraordinary from a place that is part of a motel. First things to notice is that we were the only ones in there beside one other older lady.The decor was quite pleasant , with a separate bar area, nice table with comfortable chairs. The waitress was very friendly and the service was great. Now for the important bit, the food. I am still baffled why I would come from the Gold Coast to Toowoomba and order seafood??? The oysters Kirkpatrick and natural while not totally terrible , were not as fresh or of the standard I am used to eating. The Seafood Feast meal I had was good but I really could get the exact same fried seafood basket from any fish n chips shop on the coast for half the price and it would definitely be fresher. My mother had to complain about her baked potato that was so dry and overcooked there was hardly any white fluffy potato inside. Like it was Yesterday's re baked in the oven. Judging by the lack of patrons on a saturday night when the motel had no vacancy one can understand that perhaps they might not be getting fresh seafood in daily.Overall not unhappy , next time I would order steak."
