"Waited for over 5 minutes at restaurant reception area before being directed/pointed to a vacant table. Counted 4 waiting staff rushing hectically from room to room, apparently empty handed. A waitress slapped 2 menus on the table as she walked past without saying a word. Left reading the menu for another 25 minutes and never being asked if we would like something to drink. The first word spoken to us was after we were leaving and the Head Waiter said Waited too long,, eh? and disappeared before I could reply. Happy for the people who enjoyed their food but we never even had the opportunity to order."
