"Good quality and worth. we stayed in havanna for a week and ate breakfast 4 times and dinner once. the breakfast is only $4.50 for buffet, including coffee or tea, juice, eggs and roll, baked, pancakes, meat and fruit. the server are friendly."

"Friendly, clean and tasty sandwiches! They have two vegan options on their fairly compact menu. A sandwich and a breakfast plate. There is also a fruit plate. The sandwich was a rare gem in Cuba, so much so I had it twice and visited the cafe 3 times! The options are basic, but there isn’t A lot of choice in Havana, so it’s very welcome!"

"As I was stumbling around Old Havana, I spotted a tiny little window with Japanese lettering and a few ladies inside preparing meals. My impulse thought this was a simple take-out restaurant, but to my surprise, I was greeted with a friendly face and proceeded to explain what I wanted. Being a raw vegan due to health complications, I ordered a full plate of raw veggies, and in short order, it was prepared quickly, and with a friendly smile. I went back again the day after and was treated with generosity. Sayuri, who runs this shop, is caring and loving. She will go out of her way to prepare an incredible meal, and I was treated as if she wanted to feed me for free when she only asked for under a dollar for a plate of fresh veggies. She asked me about my health situation and catered to prepare a fully raw plate to my liking, even going out of her way asking me if certain ingredients were okay. In short, I felt like I was eating at home, and Sayuri was preparing me a lovingly custom tailored meal to my request. This is an amazing place to go, as I cannot remark on the quality of their cooked food, just for the service and hospitality. I will be back!"

"Very beautiful at night with candles and overlooking the park in a quiet area three blocks off 41st in Vedado área. Portions are reasonable with nice sauces and unusual meat options. Live musicians we're good, but then went table to table interrupting conversations to collect tips. Given the prices in Habana, the attention to details and services should be better. If you want upscale meats, this is one of the few places to consistently get them."
