"We were recommended this restaurant in the hotel where we lived, so 12 of us pulled some tables on the terrace. In view of the fact that we wanted to eat and drink and that we were talking about french, we thought that the...some would realize that they could make some money here! in reality they could not have taken care of less. the Stroppy waitress went constantly from the middle order and then it got wrong and with some articles missing. she was smart and dared? typical French. I'm sorry you're nice French. some other friends we met with told us they had a good time here, so we decided to try again in our last night. this time it was only the four of us, but again the waiter could really take care of less. he could see that we wanted a certain table, but rode us into one on the back of the restaurant and his presentation? well, cured is the most positive thing I can be to describe it. to be fair, eating was good I recommend when they risk eating here they go for the burger. To be honest, I would overlook the street in le bournerie. it is a few steep steps, but soou worth while."

"We always come for reblochonade when we are in grand bornand. the service is good, friendly and eating is great. we eat here only reblochonade, so I can't get to the others they have. I tried and tried reblochonade at other places. this is the best place so far. warning that the table is small and the equipment takes a lot of space."

"We went on a Tuesday evening only to be told it was a specialties night only so local cream/cheese/ham dishes. It actually was very nice. Half a Rebochlon, potatoes and baked in cream. This was served with a delicious selection of local hams and a green salad. All for 14 Euros each. A typically chalet style dining room with maybe a tad too bright lighting but other than that very good."

"Good menu with plenty of choice. Three of us had fondu and another risotto. Selection of desserts; I had fromage blanc with honey and ginger, another had a fruit brochette with a grand marnier sauce, profiteroles and home made ices. Lovely jolly evening in this bustling place."

"Day of rain on the big stud, we arrive in this restaurant and we took a tartiflette and a large salad, especially the tartiflette that made frozen flat! We ate much better later. Kind service even if the waitress seemed to start seeing her mastery of her tray. but nothing to say about the very hearty gourmet coffee."
