"Your experience here depends heavily on the server and how you communicate with them. I never expected a perfect culinary experience in any restaurant, because sometimes there could be a backup in the kitchen or a forgotten waiter. But for the most part, this specific IHOP location is usually at the point. The waiter has constantly checked for us what I don't care, because I like to be visited frequently if I need a refill, because I love water, or if we forget to ask for a condiment and so on. I can certainly say that I had many more pleasant culinary experiences here than at IHOP on 28 in the whole city."

"It was nice to spend time as a family with my aunt Joy. My parents got a meal that has a senior discount. My aunt has the cheesecake pancakes and another kind of pancake panter. My brother Leo also has a pancake plate. I have one of their new sandwiches: the Pepper Jack Patty Melt. It was really filling and satisfying. I also have one side of Pommes. The bread was naturally thick and buttery... much better than the typical bread you can buy from the grocery store. The meat was cooked well enough. Her secret sauce was really nice, and I also put a hot sauce in the sandwich. I also liked the Jalapenos. I have no complaints. I don't want to be a negative Nancy or Karen who finds mistakes in even the least disturbing thing. As they say in Oklahoma or whatever, do not bite the hand you feed. Go on, IHOP! Compliments to the chefs."

"This is a very unique restaurant concept. At least for me. If you like gaming, and I mean any kind of game, this is the place for you. These are from the brunch menu. The burrito was HUGE and very filling. Could have easily fed two people. It comes with pico de gallo but I don't like it so I asked for the burrito without it. My friend said the short rib hash was very good. And the parfait looked delicious. It's no frills food, but both times I've been here it's been very tasty food. There's a HUGE range of games to play and games to buy. They did not harass us to leave after being there for almost 2 hours. Granted they weren't very busy, but I feel like this place with all the games would allow you to dine and play at your pace. It's 4 stars because I think their presentation could use some improvement. As you can see it was just a burrito. The egg sandwich is just the sandwich on a plate. No garnish or toppings."

"We've been here for years. Friday fish fry is delicious. nice staff, is very busy on Friday evenings and weekend mornings. go early if you want the breakfast without waiting time. consistently very good eating, my biggest negatiw is waiting when it is overcrowded."

"Typical hometown diner with home cooked food and friendly wait-staff. Food taste and quality is what you would expect from a diner like this. I got the 2-2-2-2 Special, two eggs (any style), two bacon, two sausage, and two pancakes. It's a good, hardy meal. Pancakes are very large and filling. Will be back again!"
