Great Dive!. My wife and I have dined at Toms several times, the food has always been great, never a complaint. I love the staff, very nice, sweet and accommodating. The décor maybe a bit dated but we feel it adds charm to the place, makes it feel small town and homey like. Not many places left that provide that feel anymore. read more.
