"We went here for Sunday brunch on our way out of Rotorua, and it didn't disappoint! The food was delicious, the coffee was GREAT. Service was a little slower than expected, but that is expected with how busy they were. The weather was nice and we were able to sit outside."

"Capers Cafe... what a delight!! This Cafe has a lovely welcoming layout, lots of plants and relaxing music. I found this Cafe had a great ambiance about it.The coffee was nice but the friand was a tad bit dry... the orange flavour really came through though and the icing on top definitely helped. Great gluten free range too!!The staff were super friendly here and the wait time on the coffee was incredible.... I don't know if I could make an instant faster at home.I look forward to coming back again!"

"I had seen this restaurant but never quite made it inside before. So nice to find a vege/vegan place with a large selection of food. The owner/server was knowledgeable about the food he served, including its health benefits, and obviously cares about his customers. Very reasonable prices too. If there was one thing that would make the place entirely perfect, it would be a green or other herbal tea option. Updated from previous review on 2021-06-25"

"Absolutely love this place. Great coffee and food. Suited our group of Mother in law, wife and wife 's daughter. I had the 'Woofer ', pictured, OMG! I could barely walk back to the car. Flavours were awesome. All of us enjoyed our food. Coffee cake in big mugs, great. Very eclectic clientele so great for people watching. Lovely friendly staff even though they were rushed off their feet, they made us feel welcome and that we mattered to them. Will always visit when in Rotorua."

"Great food, coffee and friendly service. They definitely play on the french theme but they have marked items that are gluten free in the cabinet and will make any crepe whether sweet or savory as a gallette (so gluten free). Well worth a visit"

"Really nice place, clean, tidy, staff very nice and friendly. Just had my birthday/anniversary breakfast here with my husband. So glad we picked here from the positive reviews i had read hence why we ate here. I ordered eggs benedict with spinach, very nice and light. My husband ordered the picnic breakfast and inhaled his with much delight. Very nice way to start our day and finish our 2days in Rotorua."
