"Seit Jahren kommen wir fast. jeden Samstag und Sonntag zum Kaffee und häufig auch zum Mittag- oder Abendessen hierher. Kleine, aber feine Karte und vor allem die freundliche und herzliche Bedienung waren euer Aushängeschild. Was ist passiert????Seit einiger Zeit ist das "alte" Personal verschwunden, man fühlt sich - bis auf wenige Ausnahme - nicht mehr willkommen, eher geduldet. Im Service das reinste Chaos. Wenn sich dann die Bedienungen noch lauthals im Gastraum über das Trinkgeldverhalten der Franzosen auslassen, finde ich das schon sehr speziell. Trinkgeld gibt's für freundlichen und guten Service - und der scheint hier nicht mehr aktuell zu sein. Schade - so kann man ein gutes Café/ Restaurant, in dem Wert auf Stammkundschaft gelegt wurde, natürlich auch führen. Aber Saarländer sind nachtragend - und Franzosen übrigens auch.Vielleicht sollte das Management öfter mal das Lokal besuchen und darüber nachdenken, ob DAS der gewünschte Kurs ist. Wenn ja, wäre es seeehr schade !"

"I have been here before whenever I visit in the summer time. I love their food and especially the location on the Hallberg. Their garden is just the perfect place for a family lunch as well as a romantic dinner. The children can explore the large garden while the adults relax and the food is always superb. I am not convinced with the indoor restaurant, it does not have the same atmosphere, but having a lunch or dinner in the garden is on my list every time I visit. The standard here is Michelin level so I keep coming back and enjoy time after time!"
