"Great for takeaway lunch. They offer savory crepes here. Food and service is decent. Nice decor. I ordered the tuna crepe. This is a small shop with limited seating so people usually order takeaway."

"I visited this restaurant for their lunch specials. For currently less than $10 you get your pick from over a dozen dishes, all of which are served with a bowl of rice and a small bowl of soup either Hot Sour or Chicken Corn). I've had their Sesame Chicken which I thought was alright) and Sweet Sour Pork which I really enjoyed). Their portions are quite generous, and a great value for the price. The service can be a bit dodgy. The food comes quite quickly and the staff are reasonably friendly, but they aren't particularly attentive and do seem to mix up orders quite frequently. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a tasty and affordable lunch that I'd highly recommend visiting!<br/ <br/ Sweet Sour Pork $9.50):<br/ 4/5<br/ I was really quite impressed by the portion size: they give quite a generous amount of pork with very little filler I'd say that the dish was roughly 90% pork and maybe 10% peppers and onions). Moreover, the pieces of pork were actually very meaty, and was sufficiently tender and juicy. The batter was a tad soggy, but still had some crunch. I stirred the rice in with the pork so that the sweet and tangy sauce provided a great flavour to the rice.<br/ <br/ Sesame Chicken $9.50):<br/ 3/5<br/ Once again, the portion was very generous. Although the flavour the dish was very good sweet and tangy with a nice fragrance from the toasted sesame seeds), I was unfortunately a bit disappointed by the chicken. First of all, the batter was quite soggy and had lost most of its crunch. Moreover, while there were a few large pieces, the majority of the chicken were quite small and did not have much meat, but was mostly batter. This was still tasty, but a big step down from their great sweet sour pork.<br/ <br/ Chicken Corn Soup:<br/ Again the soup had a thick, cornstarch-thickened texture. It contained some eggs, corn and had a nice fragrance from chicken broth. I personally preferred this over the Hot Sour soup.<br/ <br/ Hot Sour Soup:<br/ The soup was thick probably thorugh cornstarch) and had some bamboo shoots, mushrooms and egg. Flavour-wise it was mildly tangy without much heat. It wasn't bad, but nothing that I'd order on its own."

"Tried honey salt for dine out. Very lovely staff and very pretty rustic floral aesthetic. Food was average, but okay for the $55 dine out price tag. Not that impressive or unique. The squash soup was my favorite of the set. The korean chicken was very almost overly flavorful. The mains were only okay — The rigatoni was quite acidic from the tomatoes. The shrimp scampi linguine was better, creamy. The desserts were good. Con: Parking was $35 because it was an event day (canucks day)."

"Been craving dimsum for a few weeks now. Checked on zomato for a near by dimsum restaurant and came across Van Dragon. Ratings and reviews made us hesitant to even want to try this place, but glad we drop by anyways. Dimsum came out fresh and hot, except the beef rolls. The sizes of the siu mai and ha gao were pretty big. Service wasn't too bad. At one point my boyfriend wanted more tea so he decided to bring the pot up himself to pour some hot water in, but the waitress saw him and grabbed it from him and apologized for the lack of acknowledgement. When the bill came, my boyfriend noticed the tea was free of charge! What a bonus!"

"Potentially about to start a feud with the rest of my family with what I'm about to say but I'm right, they're wrong, I'm big and they're small. Sun Fresh Baos are where it is at and even if it took me 30 years to learn this, good things come to those who wait. New Town vs. Sun Fresh. Battle of the century. Who's bao reigns supreme?"

"As most of my readers know, my mother is not a good cook. So whenever we go for dinner, it is definitely 'out '. If we ever have dinner 'at home ', it involves me taking food over. So this past week, we decided to head out for dinner and we opted for Peking Duck...and more...Take a look at the various condiments and see if you can guess what other traditional dish we had. Nothing beats Peking Duck to indicate 'Dinnertime '! I 'll hold back out of courtesy, but trust me, I 've got my eye on some crispy pieces. The skin had lots more meat on them than I 'm used to, but it was also less fatty than some other places.  And of course, we have to get the Lettuce Wrap with the rest of the duck meat. This was good, but the crisps actually got soggy really fast. The dish was rather one note, but add your sauces and just enjoy the ride.  We also got the Assorted StirFry with veggies...loaded with scallops, pork and chicken, this had something for everyone. The flavours were fairly mild, but actually just needed a sprinkling of white pepper to make the dish pop. The pork was a little dry but the variety of the meats and seafood easily made up for it."

"This is to bring up that this grocery store gave me that wonderful vibe shopping around and a variety of product choices. My only comment goes for the cashiers and staff that act like robots and no feelings.Everytime i go there and come to the cashier no matter how nice I am, I always greet them. They either just nod, smirk or ignore you. I do understand that this year and last year were tough times and I hope that they come to work full of love. I wish that you as the owners and managers have a review of employee 's performances. It 's very uncomfortable with that shopping vibe and ends with mixed annoying feelings these cashiers are giving. Same women and I know their faces. I could name one of the 2. Pamela .It doesn 't hurt to say Have a great day back or you as well, right?Hope this could be a lesson for them.We as customers care about your store. Otherwise you would see them switching to other groceries which would create no jobs for them. You know that.Sincerely,"
