I’ve been wanting to try Thanh Xuan Cafe for ages. Seriously, I remember spotting it from the car a few years ago. Their specialty is banh cuon and they’re located in the same plaza as Pho Hoa. Phoenix Massage is also right next door if you’re interested in one of those types of massages View all feedback.
