"Came in for mimosa’s and light bites, service was amazing. Our server Travis was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is very beautiful and has an amazing view of the breathtaking mountains and four seasons courtyard. The manager Marco went above and beyond to make our service rememberable and outstanding. Will definitely be coming back and requesting to have these two serve me again!Vegetarian options: Many optionsDietary restrictions: Many gluten free options"

"Disappointed to see the menu was scaled back still since Covid, no classic portobello mushroom chicken. Biggest disappointment was how slow the service was between every stage of ordering and waiting for food, perpetually waiting for the server….and seeing drama at the table beside us who got their entree before their appy…."

"We were in the Four Seasons and often ate at Braidwood Tavern every day for breakfast/running and once for dinner. Overall, the restaurant is very courteous for Celiac, but its menu is somewhat confusing and you need to be patient when ordering for breakfast (instead of making the buffet) and you need to check and check when you order and if you receive your order. My sister (the Celiac has) could eat from the breakfast buffet safely. Gluten ingredients are kept very far from most GF elements. When they asked, the servers could bring their GF toast and GF pancakes from the kitchen to the cakes and pancakes that were on the buffet. My son (the Celiac has and is very sensitive to cross-contamination) did not try the buffet, but ordered in the breakfast menu. He enjoyed pancakes several mornings, as well as GF Bagel and Lox. The one cave is that you need to wait a REALLY long time when ordering from the menu. The kitchen is only muded at the end and my guess is that they still have to do with some pandemic personnel problems. We learned to place his order almost immediately and sometimes helped. He also really enjoyed breakfast smoothies and hot cocoa. We had to send back an order of pancakes because it had cookies everywhere and once we had to send back the hot cocoa because it came with a cookie on the side. It's just small things that make you nervous. So, I 100% recommend the place, but you need to stay attentive. My son never got sick and we ate here every day. Note that for dinner not everything that GF is or can be prepared is marked GF as such on the menu. For example, crispy brussels sprouts were called GF, but fries were not. It turns out that the frits are good and are fried in the same dedicated frit as the breasts sprouts. Also the burger is not so labeled that he could be prepared GF, but they definitely have GF-Bunges and my son enjoyed a GF-Käseburger. All in all, the place is great... they just need to have their level of training and menu labeling to what we have experienced in Fairmont."
