"As we travel we frequent Arby 's because we like the food and they have always been good experiences. This location broke the mold......could not enter the dining room.....restaurant doors were locked. So we were relegated to the drive through. My sandwich looked like someone flattened it before putting it in the box and the crunchy fries were wimpy....not at all crisp and there were a lot of crumbs that came out of the bottom of the container dirtying the car. NOT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AT ALL."

"Pizza did not arrive at our business. All 3 employees we spoke to were outragously rude. The text message we got said the pizza had been returned to the store and to contact the store. Was accused of trying to get free pizza whwn we didn't ask for this...just trying to resolve the issue. Really unprofessional staff that were accusatory and yelling right from the beginning of the conversation. They hung up on us.Terrible experience all the way around!"

"My chicken bugs felt like they had looked under a heat lamp for at least 4 hours. they were dry like a bone and pained to chew. I had to swirl around me too. the burger was the only redemption I got. the daves double was joined with care and cooked for perfection. clean the place up and get them some fresh nuggies going and it will quickly get a much better endurance."
