"I placed an order yesterday to host for several guests. My order had 3 mixed trays which come with 2 sides so total I would have 6 sides. I also ordered a whole tray of chicken that comes with fries. I sent my husband to pick the order up (we live 30 minutes away) when he came back we had none of the sides, no bread, no garlic, no fries. It was extremely embarrassing because I was hosting people. I called the restaurant and a lady answered I explained the situation and she apologized and said how can I fix this. I told her we live 30 minutes away so by the time we get there and come back that’s a hour so she said she would refund me. I went in today and she offered me a $18 refund. I was beyond confused due to the experience I had and how she didn’t keep her word. I didn’t take the $18 because it’s the principle that you guy’s literally embarrassed me in-front of my guests and completely forgot to put 3 salads and 3 hummus and also fries, garlic and bread in the order after my husband asked 5x if everything is in the order and she confirmed that it was. The reason I’m writing this review is because this is a common theme there. I can say absolutely every time we order for delivery or any family member does the sides are always missing. The fact that the lady offered $18 instead of refunding the entire order like she stated she would was beyond unprofessional especially the fact that she was arguing about it. I was not going to take $18 and argue about how the principle of the matter is that they didn’t deliver what was actually ordered. Aside from that the meat was absolutely not edible (extremely over cooked). I would suggest eating at any other place in east Dearborn that will actually provide you what you order. The service is horrible if you don’t believe me please go read the bad reviews and see how the owner responds to people (completely disrespectful and unprofessional)."

"Haven't had good burgers in a while, but I can say that I'm pleasantly surprised with how great these burgers are. Temperature of the burger only had two options well and medium (nothing in between). I would say that they got it right for both temperatures. Not only did they cook it right, The burgers we got tasted real good. I would skip the chili fries and just go for salt and pepper fries and mix it in that cilantro dressing."

"Extremely unprofessional. I tried to put my order on the redner, and I was told that I should just move forward. I had taken my order in the window, I was told to move forward. they forgot my drinks and I was sitting here for 5 minutes. then I opened my sandwich and it was done wrong. the workers were extremely disillusioned and not helpful."
