"I have visited Mario’s a number of times and have had lovely food, but this time was completely different, even though it was not busy, the service was poor. I ordered a coffee which was cold when I told the waitress this she didn’t seem to care just took it away and returned a minute later with another one which was not much better, we ordered lasagna and a calzone meatball pizza, the meat balls were hard and dry and lasagne was not much better, I mentioned that the pizza was not great with inedible meatballs but she didn’t care, after that we were left waiting for our bill, will not be returning"
