"Based the on the food reviews we decided to go try some decent pub grub for dinner and head to the Alderley Arms. We did see a few reviews about the down turn in customer service based on the electric order apps on the table. However, while I can see why people would write this I feel based on what I witnessed that the app services suits some and the ones that did not want to use it got normal table service. To me that shows that the Alderley Arms is listening and are tailoring their services based on the clientele as they come in. We used the app and the food was excellent. We will be returning. They did bring a wrong order for one of our meals but offered and immediate refund. We declined as both meals were excellent even if it was wrong. We did notice the girl at the front counter assisting people to their tables (she pointed at our table to sit at) seemed lost while the manager? Was running around off her feet taking orders, clearing tables and providing outstanding service. Overall great venue, great vibe and great food"
