"Guess I can add to the collection of 1 stars for this Pollo Tropical location. No cilantro sauce for pork. But then really rude customer service. Why are these employees still employed here?? So frustrating and was looking for some good take out today. I will also send this same complaint to corporate but this location is probably a franchise and no one cares any more about customer service. You have lost our family as a customer of all Pollo Tropical locations. So disappointing. Chick Fil A is now our new go to for great fast friendly service and delicious food. Definitely take notes as they are getting the correct staff to work for them. Hopefully this complaint will make a difference at this location but I doubt it. Hopefully others will at least be prepared for poor customer service. The food is now the only reason that someone visits this location.Update: I have filed the same complaint above to the Corporate office. Go to pollotropical.com and scroll to the bottom of the page and click Contact Us to file a complaint directly to them as it appears that all of the complaints posted in Google Reviews have been ignored and just saying We are trying to improve customer service but really we are not . Very sad that there are so many employees that really lack customer service and have an attitude that you are bothering them. Every Google Review complaint below for the last 3 months state the same exact issue of Rude staff. It doesn't take 3 months to resolve an issue in the corporate world. 30 days and you are out if too many complaints."

"Their appetizers are so unfathomable, I could eat them forever and ever. They are made so fresh and it’s more formal but open so it has a unique cozy but lively setting. Service was pretty good.Dietary restrictions: Sometimes I eat very strict. I had appetizers (shared and then had gotten rice and beans with vegetables. I wasn’t a fan of the vegetables, they didn’t really have butter on them or salt and pepper, but definitely great for a competition meal :"

"I had the chicken livers with black beans and rice. Also side orders of yucca and tostones(flattened fried plantain slices which added to the enjoyment of the meal.. My wife went to the buffet bar to sample various dishes. We spent under $32.00 icludeing tip for food and an O’Doul’s. Food was excellent. The Yucca was served with a garlic sauce that was out of this world! Service was top-notch. This restaurant and The Cuban Cafe are neck and neck. I can’t decide which is the best so I guess I’ll have to keep on trying both!"

"The waiter was friendly and professional, but had too many tables. The food was salty and had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. He used to enjoy this place, but will probably not be back now."
