"Sat today and ordered an dinner. the girls behind the theke were so friendly, I might have gone back even if eating was bad, just to see their smiling faces and experience their friendliness! but eating was the top notch! I ordered 3 empanadas (buffalo huhn and 2 cheeses) that came with rice and buzzing and sweet plantains! absolutely delish. one of my best friends is puerto rican and her mother made me many meals! eating is authentic! the chef is fantastic! I can't wait to go back! in consideration of the way prices are nowadays, I thought their prices were acceptable. try it!"

"My husband and I supported RG during the Pandemic with take-out orders once or twice monthly. We always tip the servers at least 20-30%.Today I used the online ordering for the first time. I placed an early order. My credit card was charged immediately. The confirmation email stated that the restaurant was closed and that the order would be accepted once the restaurant opened.On route for pickup, I saw an email that the order was canceled and that I would be refunded.I called RG to question why this happened. I didn't receive a clear explanation. Perhaps it was because the young lady who took my call was too busy laughing. Nonetheless, I ordered the pizza.After I paid for it, I checked it before returning home. The pizza was folded over on one side. I had ordered mushrooms. They were sparce, to say the least and not worth the $2.50 extra.I am livid that this is the way I was treated. My husband and I have been beyond loyal to RG. I need to rethink if it is time to end the relationship."
