"Since moving to the Hamilton area a number of years ago, we'd been waiting for a place like Two Black Sheep to open.Small, relaxed, a bit chaotic at prime time but always friendly and welcoming. The oysters are fresh and well presented. Yes, the everyday buck-and-a bit-a-shuck is a treat but there's always a half-dozen or so other varieties to explore and choose from.We haven't tried the charcuterie but the cheese plates are comparable to anything we've had elsewhere. There's always a varied offering of cheeses to choose from and if you need some help, just ask. These guys know their cheese!The wine list is small but covers all bases and that's all you really need. I'm a red drinker but the Kim Crawford Sauv Blanc pairs perfectly with the oysters. Didn't try any beer - like the wine, the list is small but seems to cover all tastes.We've been a couple of times and the wait was worth it. Now, can't wait to try the Two Black Sheep Snack Bar on Ottawa Street!"

"I wanted to leave a quick note my son, 7, has a gluten allergy and it is always hard to find a take out type restaurant that he can have a choice at. I called Freshii before coming to ask some questions and the lady I was speaking with took her time and answered them all.... when arriving, we were warmly greeted and while ordering they were all so friendly, accommodating and SO educated about the ingredients they serve. My son was able to try some safe sauces before choosing which one he would like. After finishing his green curry rice noodle bowl he told me, That was the best take out lunch, ever! I highly recommend trying this location.From the bottom of my mama heart thank you for taking care of my son and I today : We will certainly be back soon."

"I came here as a child, about 25-30 years ago. I was happy to see it's still there, and despite being under new management it's still a throw back to the old days. Comfort food, tasty and good portions. I love the frickadellen, and this time I had the schnitzel with mushroom sauce, it's awesome.Dessert is good too, but no longer homemade."

"We love to go out for pho and fresh rolls. this restaurant has a sign on it it that says Pho Dui Bo, so not sure if it's actually afilliated with Pho Dau Bo or not. We loved the fresh rolls. Simple and tasty with...a great peanut sauce. We found the pho to be a bit on the less than average side. It just tasted more like a chicken broth then a good pho. The staff were excellent. The restaurant was clean with a great atmosphere. We'll try it again."

"Great bar for traditional English fair. Had their poutine and wings. Wings were amazing, the poutine was a little too salty. They did not need the sea salt with how amazing their gravy is. Everything was fast and the waitress was very helpful with answering all of our questions. I will be coming back again!"

"Picked up our order from Sushi 'O ' Fennell and was very impressed! Normally we enjoy all you can eat, but this place has great value for the size of the rolls! Ordered everything online, very easy and simple. Ordered shrimp tempura, scallops, red dragon roll,...spicy salmon roll, spicy tuna roll and salmon avocado roll. The red dragon roll was HUGE. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Will definitely be ordering there again, much better quality and value than all you can eat places!"
