"Very delicious food and reasonable prices. The lunch menu had a nice variety of rice, curry, and noodle dishes. Sizes were perfect for your mid day meal and werent large enough to stuff you, but left you feeling satisfied and content. The ginger soup that came with the meal was a nice touch and, even though it didn't look like much, packed a lot of flavor!"

"Amazing food and amazing staff!! The food is so delicious full of flavor by far the best Jamaican restaurant I ate at! The restaurant decor put Jamaica on the map, is so cozy and modern not like other typical Jamaican restaurant. I highly recommend. My family will be back for sure. Thank you to the owners and especially the chief (Sharon) for making us feel like family."

"Haven't been here in a while, for no particular reason; just so many places in this city. So it was refreshing to visit yesterday and find that the food is just as good as I remembered it. We didn't have a chance to try many items, but the red curry that we had, the seafood noodles and the mango/sticky rice were well done. They've closed the Robson street locale because of crazy rents, but the Richmond locale works for me. Eric the manager is very hospitable. Will try to come more often."

"Very good food especially the curry beef rice. Very poor service as only one old lady server and her memory is not good and like to talk. She will stand there ask about my daughter's school life while people stand and wait to order and be seated. ... there were empty tables."

"Our group of friends were originally intending to return to Richmond where we were staying as we knew that the Asian food there would be delicious, reasonably priced and authentic. Then spotting this place and seeing that it was filled with a reasonable amount of Asians (always my meter for whether the Asian food inside would be any good) we decided to give it a try, as we were hungry and still not quite done shopping!). Well, we were very pleasantly surprised. I don't understand at all why this place got such a bad rap by previous posters. I am a quite picky about my Asian cuisine, and Neptune's is fine and way better than what I've had in other outlet places around the world, which usually only has lousy food court type options.The food was well presented and looked and tasted good and very reasonably priced in my opinion but then again I am not local to Vancouver. I had a wonton noodle soup, one of my friends had curry beef and rice, another two had beef noodle soup. We were all satisfied with our meals.I would not hesitate to recommend it."

"The setting is cafeteria type with more selections and very good prices for decent food. The Leslie site has a sit in restaurant in the second floor with plenty of sits and large windows. You can get a salmon meal for $9 bucks! Breakfast can be had for a few bucks with coffee. The first floor has a fast food type setting just for quick bites as there is very few chairs and tables. But for 75 cents hot dog it's hard to complain. Of course, shopping for the house and seeing great ideas is really why you are here for."

"Hole in the wall, quick service style chinese food. Shareable sized plates. Curry was so good, not too spicy just the way i like it. Tofu and cod hot pot was en par to other ones I've had elsewhere. Everything was tasty. Warning: parking will be tight for large vehicles."
