"Love this place. only ordered twice but good food! the only downside for me was ordering the red curry with tofu, I got home and it was so spicy and there was no option to request no spice! was so gutted but food non the less was still really nice"

"Had the Nepalese tea, tofu chowella and the vegetarian curry bowl and my companion had the seafood chow mein. The Nepalese tea had a pleasant mildly spiced taste and wasn’t sweetened which was nice. The tofu chowella was spicy and beautifully flavoured and vegetarian curry was mild and packed full of fresh veggies. It’s different to Chinese and Indian curries so would recommend giving it a go even if you’re not usually a curry person. The seafood chow mein also had a nice mild flavour. The portion sizes for the mains were huge (the curry comes with a HUGE portion of rice on the side) and good value weren’t overly oily. Loved the ambience too!"

"One of the best curries in Auckland! We are on holidays and tried this on our first night staying nearby, have gone back 3 times within the week! Would recommend the lamb korma as a favourite!"

"My friends and I went to Hoppers for a burger the other night and it was soooooooo good! I had the fish burger (best I've had in Auckland! and my friends had the beyond burger. There's lots of options though. Will definitely be back for the burgers!"

"The service here was great and I liked the mirror that the room feels bigger and the marine tablecloths as it felt classic. I ordered the chicken butter masala (hot) and a tandoori roti. the curry was full of taste and the roti was crispy at the edges and soft in the direction withte. the rice was quite average and there was a small part of the curry compared to a large bowl rice. there was an alarm ring that constantly happened and the staff was always up or away from the counter to do something about it. overall had a nice experience here. <br br/>Food 4/5 <br/>Ambiene 3/5 <br/>Service 4/5"
