"This place has been transformed several times over the last few years. Currently, it is a cafe on the ground floor and a restaurant on the upper floor. You can get coffee and juice in the cool and dimly lit cafe, and perfectly prepared food for lunch or dinner in the restaurant. The menu is small and focused and everything is fantastic. The restaurant kitchen is sort of open-plan style like you sometimes find in a Japanese Izakaya so you can sit around the bar and watch them cook. Note that this is a vegetarian restro, with some items including egg or milk as default. Most things can be modified to be vegan. I only wish they had plant milk options for the coffee."

"Simple eatery with a great deal of choices and cheap price (25k). I lived near by so it was my go to place for lunch. The staff and owner got to know me and were always nice with me. It is run by the same family for 15 years. They are humble and nice. Tip: if you want a bigger portion, just say the name of the dish and add TO LON, they will understand. It means big size, you will add 5/6k, and it will be consistent. Portions are good for the price. It can get crowded at peak hours. They will then add additional tables. Simple place so don't expect service or a fancy atmosphere. Listing mention it closing at 10pm but I have seen it open until midnight. Updated from previous review on 2018-09-23"

"This place is lovely the staff are so friendly and attentive and the food is excellent. My tops is the pho, which I personally think is one of the best in the city. The prices are a little high (65k for pho, 85 90k for a dish), but for a eat in place like this, it's par for the course. Totally recommend!"

"Venue was beautiful and staff were lovely. However, food was on the average but on the expensive side. Definitely a place to go if you want to dress up and have a scenic dinner but I would recommend going somewhere else for more authentic vegan Vietnamese cuisine."

"We had our first meal in thanh tinh when we arrived at hcmc in the evening. they are closest to us. we remember the lady owner who is nice and friendly to us. she served us her sharp nude soup. it is very tasty. we love it very much. the dame owners can speak English. she is warm and friendly. we went there several times. they recommend the rice in the rule with finished dressing. they give us a bit of every dish so we can try everything. updated by previous review on 2018 05 09"
