phuong mai is hidden from the lively and loud street and opposite the le van tam park. the location and info is correct on happy cow, but most of these pictures seem to be from another restaurant. not vegan, has some milk products, and many are marked clearly on the menu, but not all. this is a relaxing chay restaurant. quite standard menu with the usual dings from nudelsuppen to the hot pot. really nice staff. We've eaten here so many times because it is in a central location, but I have to say despite the servers' great service, the place is pretty average. The food is pretty bland in general, every now and then a meal comes out which is really tasty, but far too often, it's just not worth it. The meals can take more than 45 minutes to arrive as well.
