"Overall a really bad experience. Host appears in undecided shorts with hose socks. Plates, cutlery, glasses all beat together and the quality of a TGIF. The chicken piccata comes with brown gravy swimming in a cream sauce. How's the chicken piccata? The Entrees are almost $50, the food really subpar and the service slow. That was a Friday night and we ate early and went off at 8:00? the restaurant was empty. At this price point with low quality food, service and things like a drink served in a dirty glass (lipstick smeared), this place will not be too much longer?"

"The food it self is good . I had to see it I’m able to reserve a booth because I have a very special occasion coming up very soon . Unfortunately theirs only 3 of us that will be attending. So when I called I asked if I can do so . He said it’s first come first serve . Ok well I told him I’m usually denied a booth when we go and I make sure not to go on busy days or hours for my chances . He told me I might be able to if it’s not busy . I told him about my past experiences how I was denied.I was hoping by calling that they would be able to help me out for this special occasion. However the guy had told me he doesn’t see what the big deal about having a booth . I was trying to tell him that it was a special occasion and mid conversation decided to interrupt me . I told him please let me finish then he said he’s going to hang up and he did so . People come to restaurants for special occasions… I’m not sure why he had a hard time comprehending why we wanted a booth for that event. Horrible customer service and definitely they didn’t make their customer feel appreciated for their business and their support! It’s very disappointing because I been going here for years and I even referred people to this location. But I will no longer do so! So much for the support we had for them in a rough time!"

"The food is good but the knowledge of servers is limited. We had one person with Celiacs and one with a peanut allergy. We were told the bread served with the soup was gluten free! It wasn’t! We were also told the soup was gluten free and then they put a potsticker in it! Education is needed here"

"The food wasn't as good as usual. For the price it could have been better. My husband asked for scallops and he got 3 scallops in his meal. I asked for beef and chicken, I had quite a bit of chicken and 2 pieces of beef. We've been there several times, but disappointed this time."
