"Although the food was lovely, extensive menu and very attentive staff, my problem was the reluctance to accommodate a specific request with dish choices. I don’t see the problem with swapping a side of rice for chips, both are available on the menu and I would imagine they cost around the same. They refused to do the swap and suggested we order an extra side a crafty tactic to bump up the bill in my opinion!"

"Today is a very special day for me. I can officially say, I’ve had the best pizza in my life. All of the ingredients, down to the salt are imported from Italy. Chef Roberto perfected every part of the pizza. The dough was airy, perfectly crisp on a wood fire, the tomato’s were aromatic (with perfectly balanced acidity/sweeness), the basil was unlike anything I’ve tried before, and the flavors harmoniously coddled my soul. It was truly an emotional experience. He took Monica and I down a journey of his lineage to Naples, Italy. Bravisimo. If you are in London, go to Notting Hill and have the best Margarita pizza you’ll ever have"

"We went for lunch and were the only diners on arrival at 1245. The room was very cold: the waiter didn 't look convinced, but turned the thermostat up a little though not enough. Service was disinterested, despite the restaurant being empty. I checked online beforehand, and we were planning to choose from the 'lighter plates ' menu only to be told that it is 'only served on Thursday evenings '. I re checked when I got home: the museum website says it is served from 11am... The food itself was very good, but overall experience was disappointing we wouldn 't go back"

"This Jewish deli is a North London institution, with a more relaxed takeaway area and a sit down restaurant in the same building. The restaurant area is always buzzing, with a crowd of wealthy North Londoners always dining out on its fine selection of breakfast and lunch options. The salt beef sandwich is one of the best I've sampled at over £10 its pricey but definitely worth it. A great place to grab a bite."
