"Great customer service, no issues. It was a little hard to hear some of them speaking, but still ok. Nice interiors, intimate. Had the charcoal bbq, with the wagyu platter and the premium wagyu platter, both beef was tender and very nice! Dipping sauce was tasty. The dragon beard on the dessert was melt in your mouth delicious. I would recommend the Toro tataki too."

"Order: hana at $398.00 for 2 persons edamame premium sushi moriawase oyster shooter thatai 45 sake ponzu tosaka salad with ponzu dressing scampi parmesan cheese soup premium wagyu platter ms 9 a5 kagoshima m12 sirloin thin slice with sushi reis premium cut ox tongue mushroom tobanhi our main withdrawal was that the service could have been better (not it's almost $200 per head), but the amount and quality of the food and beautiful atmosphere makes it almost worth it. we eat out, what katori would make next time a 5 stars would be:1. let the personal cook the meat, i.e. when the bbq is for the premium waggy plate premium cut ochse. considering that it makes a third of the Hana eating experience, and the meat is thin cut, the timing is feasible and would definitely justify the high price tag. However, during the culinary experience I enjoyed a handful of moments:1. timeliness of picking empty feed. really liked how fast Katori staff kept the table at a manageable level.2 service in making the a5 kagoshima m12 sirloin thin slice with sushi rice. she did an event. it began to brush the thin layer on the grill bbq to drape it on the rice, then slide a generous egg yolk top. Creamy and tasty, it was pissing hot, what yuummm.3 for the first time to see a grill that had incorporated the induction into the cooktop table. without the overhead ventilation system in typical Kbbq environments, it felt definitiw "Boujee-er" and without the pain of the odor stick on their clothes.4 premium sushi moriawase was presented beautifully. on a bed of ice and lemon slices were slices of sashimi fresh. it ranged from garnelen to kingfish, classic tuna and salmon and some cool like scallops. really upgrade to this from the other set menu worth.5 mochi dango was fun and had a nice grill to him. I haven't seen mochi on Dessert menus yet, so it was great to try."

"Had a fried seafood noodles which had prawns (which was the best thing there) and fish cake. The fish cake was hard and rubbery and it didn't feel like a proper seafood meal even tho' it was the more expensive dish on the menu. The braised pork in noodles was much better. The red bean dessert, Chinese tea and slurpy is complimentary however it's never replenished and one of the slurpy flavors was not available. Terrible service too."
