"We ordered sambal fish and xo sauce clams with rice. DIshes were tasty and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately the rice was quite dry which took away from the meal. The menu was mostly malaysian style food with seafood components rather than all out seafood bar food. Staff were all polite and lovely. To order we were given a piece of paper to write the codes and press a bell when service was required. All in all, we had a lovely time and will likely return in the future."

"I think i've found my new favourite fish n chip shop! Since my other local changed hands had gone downhill, i thought i'd check them out. I was not disappointed, the flake was one of the biggest thickest juiciest pieces of fish i've ever had from a take away shop! Chips were crisp, lovely juicy scallop, it was all really good value with the prices slighty cheaper than their competitors larger serves too, awesome!"

"Nice little shop with a friendly owner. Got a $9.50 snack pack and there was a lot of food! Really liked the fish bites The were really big and are similar in size to a small ish flake. Great value for money! Highly recommend."

"I eat fish and chips only twice a year, so I want it to be good. JJ’s never disappoints. The whiting and blue grenadier has a beautifully sweet flavour, and the batter is perfectly crunchy. Chips are great must be the quality of the oil. Potato cakes are also awesome, and they always throw in an extra. The staff/owners are super polite. Love being able to support a local small business."
