"I been for lunch Sunday 10/9/17. Nice place. The service was very slow and the waitress are not welcome (I heard her to say: ... che palle 'sti qui , but the food really good. Only because the food was good, I back on Monday for...lunch again, different waitress but service always poor. Waitress use to clean the table roughly , and also she take a wrong order. The place is so nice and the food is good, I would expected a better service. I think is a shame."

"A group of us was sent here to eat, because our hotel could not feed us for 'business reasons'. the pizzas may be good, but the meals we were served were appalling. Tinted suppe, tinted obstsalat, frozen veg and overcooked meat or fish. This...was not a 4* experience that matches the hotel!"

"Das Pouletfleisch auf meinem Fitnessteller war nicht ganz durchgebraten. Als ich die Kellnerin darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, hat sie das ihrem Chef weitergeleitet. Der Chef liess mir ausrichten, dass dieses Fleisch für ihn durchgebraten sei.Die Kellnerin wollte uns noch einen Kaffee offerieren und nach einer kleinen Diskussion mussten wir das Fitnessteller nicht bezahlen. Fehler können passieren - man sollte nur wissen, wie man mit seinen Gästen umgehen soll!"
