Ordered: 1 bison steak medium. 1 beef well done. 2 chips...for children. 4. Waited a long time. Received overcooked Bison and vey undercooked ‘bloody’ beef. Tried to get attention of staff. Took a long time. Restaurant was not that busy. Eventually they cooked the beef a bit more. Still not right. 5. Wanted to pay and leave. Took another 20 minutes after plates were cleared. 6. Long evening. Not fully satisfied. Cost a lot. 7. Very small number of menu choices. They should be done correctly"
