"Mrs Überdan is a big champagne buff and hadn't yet tried La Vie. We snuck in before dinner for a rhubarb champagne cocktail and a Pol Roger (by the glass). Service was prompt and professional. Was fun sitting in La Vie's outside couch watching the casino punters go by. What a range of people Perth attracts these days! The piano tunes in the foyer on a Saturday night made for a nice vibe too. Good fun!"

"Came here for our 1000th day anniversary, and we loved it! Walking into the restaurant was already an experience, great service and we were looked after by one of the waiters. He was very friendly and attentive, recommended us with the right food as well, he definitely knows the food well. We had oysters and kingfish for entree. Oysters were fresh, the kingfish was Tasty! Definitely our go to entree choice if we come back again. Unfortunately the steaks that I wanted were not in stock, but they still taste phenomenal, seared very well, and boy to our suprise they cooked the steaks medium rare with minimal blood on the plate and still maintain that juiciness! Side dishes were okay but they are served in generous amount. We had the seared broccoli, make sure you have the creamed corn chipotli because that one just goes well with our steak. Definitely will come back here again for the steaks we couldn't get last time."

"Could not be happier When we go to Macca's we always get special orders, my partner orders extra pickles and never gets them but we did for here my difficult order was also right. The playground and bathrooms where nice and clean and the staff where friendly and really onto it! Great Job guys"

"Staying at THE CROWN and don't want a massive buffet breakfast. Take the 5-10 minute walk to Darren's Small Bar and have great coffee and a delicious meal Lots of choice, efficient service and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's an incredibly relaxed atmosphere. Try not to let your wife buy an apartment on the way home."
