"Don't even get me started on the attitude issue.Amazing food but the experience is completely destroyed by the attitude issue. Unfortunately it is not a one off, we have experienced the attitude issue for the past 5-6 years.If the Male owner serves you then you are ok but if it is the Woman.... well be prepared! Some people may find the review harsh but I can assure you after 6 years of visiting alone and with friends the comments are completely honest."

"Nous nous sommes rendus dans ce restaurant pour manger une fondue chinoise. La viande étant de très bonne qualité, nous ne pouvons qu'être satisfait de notre choix, d'autant plus que les accompagnements étaient également impeccables.L'accueil, souvent décrié en Suisse, ne concerne certainement pas "La Désalpe". Nous étions très bien reçu, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme."

"After a long absence due to Covid restrictions we’ve been back to the Oliveto a couple of times this month. The pizza and pasta are as good as ever and the warm reception and friendly service are always a pleasure. A consistently good choice in Crans-Montana."

"Wir waren am 28.März zu zweit im Restaurant Bella-Lui zum Mittagessen.Wir hatten Käse-Fondue (25.-pP) und tranken offenen Johannisberger dazu.Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und das Fondue ausgezeichnet.Wir können es als Bergrestaurant auf der Piste nur empfehlen."
