"While we go to the gruyere for fondue, the piousness was an authentic experience in the outdoor alpen restaurant. fondue was light, dried meat well represented and fondue was beautiful and attentive. it helped us to have eaten all the place to ourselves on a weekday! they see they have weeks of brunettes. a great place to lunch when they go next door in the sled!"

"Service 4/5 Decor 4/5 Food 0/5 Value for money 0/5 We ordered a salade paysanne supposedly with ham cheese and local sausage and I can hardly describe what we got see picture but it was really bad. Same goes for the cheese croute...which looks like it was prepared with industrial cheese. We paid 52 ch with two glasses of wine. I really had to force myself to finish my food. Service was nice though."

"Nos acercamos a Gruyeres porque nos quedaba muy cerca de la visita que hicimos a la fábrica de chocolate Maison Cailler. Y qué mejor después de esa dulce visita que una fondue. El local es como una casa típica alpina de madera, con una decoración muy bonita de cencerros, flores y objetos artesanales. Tomamos una riquísima fondue de queso con patatas y pan, y siguiendo el consejo de la camarera al pedirle que nos trajera una jarra de agua porque hacía mucho calor y estábamos sedientos, en cuanto empezamos la fondue dejamos de tomar agua para no empacharnos. Ahí queda el consejo. Sí la acompañamos de una copa de vino blanco fresquito de la zona. El queso estaba buenísimo, y las patatas, pequeñitas y redonditas, estaban blanditas y jugosas, listas para ser sumergidas en el burbujeante queso fundido. Muy buen sitio con un trato muy amable y rápido."

"It was a family lunch with visitors from abroad, we sat next to the window on the panoramic terrasse and everyone loved that. The fondue was good (but have had better in the region around) and the deserts excellent. So this is a good restaurant...for a touristic place, I recommend it."

"En famille sur la terrasse. Une journée de soleil. Cuisine typique. Pour 2 fondue, une raclette et une omelette, plateau de charcuterie entrée, 3crème gruyère dessert avec des fruits rouge, bouteille de vin blanc, 2 jus, 2 bières et une bouteille d'eau: tout pour 200ch, je trouve acceptable vu l'endroit.La serveuse (petite dame de origine Portugaise) très sympa avec des très bons conseils. Je retourne sans doute."
