This is up a hill near Gruyere as one has to climb a steep slope with serene atmosphere of greenery all around with cows sitting with bells around the necks and once you go up o the cottage where there is a shop that sells...cheese and souvenirs and behind is the small cheese making factory and demonstration where one can make cheese fondue with wine or water depending on ones taste.
