"That shake was good!!! Little small though! I had 'whirled piece ' sundae. Which was nice, not huge so didn 't make you feel sick after. It 's a very cute place and got busy pretty quickly after opening. People were lining up waiting to get in at...7:30 when they open. Worth trying!"

"Ordered breakfast and politely asked (two times for speck be done well. who would not write this up, but she asked if there was anything else? so I asked. is it okay that the speck cooked well? (what I didn't weight was that this was a pre-condition because the meal was for a pregnant woman who couldn't risk that meat was undercooked. their answer? No, we can't guarantee. you can't just cook a piece of speck for a little longer? it depends on what is going on in the kitchen at this time. good, please take the speck. good. the meals were served in bowls. so toast was on the bottom of a deep bowl, stir up, hash browns on top. no hard surface to cut everything up, and the brittle liquid from the iron made everything soggy. it was like a bland, oily, egg soup. I had to sit the toast on my coffee sauce to distribute butter on it, we fought with logistics, but it seemed simply the height of ridiculousness to ask for a plate. so much egg, must have been 5 or 6 eggs in the agitation. what I would have eaten if they had tasted. Instead, most of them went to waste. much too many eggs used. a tidy and tidy 2 eggs stopper with a green garnel or some basic spice would have been much more professional. I feel like I went to an early breakfast in a teenager's house because there were no guarantees about how it should be cooked, it was tasteless, and it was served in every taste."

"No idea what the food is like as we didn't stay after being reprimanded for not reading the fine print on the vouchers we had. Would not honour the vouchers as we had not booked, despite the place being nearly empty.<br br/>Was not a pleasant experience being told in a rude tone, It CLEARLY states that you have to book, we're trying to do Uber Eats too, there are only two of us here today and anyway we only make out of those vouchers I'm not sure how it was relevant that there were only two of them there, as if we had stayed and paid full price the same two people would still have had to do Uber Eats and prepare our food! And I thought the point of offering vouchers was to entice people to come back and to spread the word about your business? That's worth a lot more than four x vouchers.<br br/>Had we been spoken to politely and not made to feel like an annoyance, we might well have stayed and not worried about the vouchers, or come back another time with a booking. But the appalling lack of customer service and professionalism guaranteed that we will never return. Perhaps they don't want the customers?"

"We popped in for lunch after seeing a movie across the road at Hoyts. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, it was a hot day and they ensured we had plenty of cold water. The young man who served us was lovely and our...food was yummy too. Would definitely return."

"We last went here during its previous incarnation as 'Grace' and now discovered they have got rid of the 'French Revolution' theme and taken the decor in the big rear room upmarket. The place was absolutely heaving with people by 7pm on a Friday. Our dinner was a bit chaotic (nothing to do with the restaurant) as we had a big family party celebrating a 6 year old's birthday. The staff managed all this very efficiently, keeping the food coming on big platters. It was a bit hard to concentrate on the food, but it was all quite unusual and nearly all delicious. The gnocchi dish was especially good, and the lamb. They suggest sharing everything on the menu, which we did. In fact there was far too much food but they happily packed the remnants up as takeaway. And they gave us plates for our own cake for the birthday girl. Yes, definitely recommended. Prices quite high but big serves and extremely family friendly."

"They were very good for gluten free eating with separate fryer for schnitzels And chips. The crumbs were gluten free, no cross contamination. They rang their oil suppliers Cookers Oil to confirm that they use cottonseed and sunflower oils. Lovely meal and to go out for tea and not suffer afterwards."
