"Suite à une mauvaise critique sur internet , nous avons pris le risque mon épouse et moi !La décoration n'a rien n'a voir le non de l'établissement (Je suis marin pécheur) .Un accueille sobre mais très chaleureux et distinguer comme j'adore quand je sais que je vais dépenser peut être plus de 100 euros .Pour notre part ce restaurant mérite les honneur qui lui est donner . Le poisson vraiment excellent mélanger avec gout par différente saveur et accompagnement très constant car nous étions affamer après avoir marcher le tour de la ville corsaire . Le service très rapide , et à l’écoute du client vraiment sympathique .Dommage que nous avons point pu voir le chef pour le complimenter ! Saint Malo une ville avec énormément de chose a découvrir , finir dans ce lieu à été le summum de notre weekend ."

"Very modern and cool place for thouth who love le grain sarassin As i come from the country where this is what our diet is based on for me it is fun to find such love for this product somewhere else, because usually people in the west do not use it. So choice of galettes is big and interesting, list of ciders is loooooong, though i had a nice bottle of morgon Nice"

"This is an excellent restaurant with fine French cuisine in the heart of St Malo. Beurre Bordier is an institution so you must try the experience and enjoy the butter tasting with different flavors. Main courses and deserts were perfect! Highly recommend!"

"Four adults (two foodies are in St Malo for two weeks staying in an apartment. We have eaten out every other day at restaurants in the dining dining list for more than a week. This has been our best meal this trip. (We haven’t been to the top rated restaurant yet but have been there in the past. Each of our meals was beautifully presented and delicious. All were perfectly cooked and seasoned. All were flavorful. It was har to pick a favorite starter or dessert. We had the tuna tartar and the lamb tartine to start and the steak, lieu jaune (fish/pollack and lobster risotto as our main course. A surprising inclusion of vegetables thrilled me. We all cleaned our plates! A lovely red wine was recommended and paired beautifully. Desserts were also delicious- profiteroles, the evening special (raspberry tiramisu and an apple/pineapple one. We made reservations to return again before we leave!"

"Nous avons voulu tester ce resto sur solidor loin de la foule agitee d intra muros.Quelle belle découverte !!!!Les plats sont très fins, très bien cuisinés et le café gourmand est délicieux.Cadre sobre et accueil poli et discret. Nous y reviendrons dès que possible."
