"Seid Jahren gehen wir immer mit der ganzen Familie am 1.August in die Trutzhütte ! Leider war es dieses Jahr das letzte Jahr mit Röbbi Jagisch der Chef geht in Pension nach dem nächsten Winter auch seine Assistentin Silvia ! Das Buffet am Abend vom 1.August ist immer grossartig mit Tafelspitz, Mehrrettichsauche, Kalbsbäggli und Kartoffelstoch, heisser Schinken etc.Nach dem Hauptgang geht man nach draussem um rundherum die Höhenfeuer anzuschauen und auch ein eigenes Feuer ! Dieses Jahr war es besonders schön ! Dann gehts zum Dessertbuffet ! Hausgemachte Meringues mit Schlagrahm, Tiramisu, Mousse au Chocolat und viel Beeren und Eis ! h"

"En week-end à St-Moritz avec mon épouse nous cherchions un restaurant typique de la région et la, surprise nous arrivons devant un restaurant en sortie de St-Moritz avec une carte très alléchante mais personne à l'intérieur !! Hop ni une ni deux nous décidons de tester. Accueil parfait et très professionnel, j'opte pour un Schnitzel et mon épouse pour un émincé Zurichois. Ben ! nous sommes restés sans voix juste incroyablement excellent que des produits frais, 5 légumes accompagnaient l' assiette et tous travaillés avec beaucoup de professionnalisme les desserts également préparés avec la même envie de faire plaisir aux clients. Sincèrement je ne comprend pas que cet hôtel restaurant soit vide Je vous le conseille vraiment si vous êtes sur cette magnifique région en plus le prix est très correct pour St-Moritz."

"The restaurant belongs to the Hotel Suvretta House and situated right nest to the chairlift base station. My ski instructor introduced me to the chef while we were in the mountain and I manged to get a table for the evening with my wife. It offers traditional Austrian dishes as well as some with an Asian touch. The desert was sublime! The wine list also offers a wide variety of quality wines."

"We had a great dinner at Da Vittorio, it rivaled the food being served during the St Moritz Gourmet Festival. The attentiveness of the staff and their knowledge of the dishes they served was astounding. From the busboy to the maitre d, everyone was informed...and knowledgeable about the course being served, the ingredients, where they were from and how it was prepared. I can’t imagine the hours of training necessary for that level of skilled staff. Truffles, truffles, truffles!!! It is not surprising that Da Vittorio has received one star and their home resturant in Italy has Michelin Stars. If you truly enjoy food and don’t mind paying for a superior experience in gourmet dining, you will be be pleased. The maitre d is one of the best!"
