"Such a breath of fresh air. We don’t usually prefer chains, but this location was AMAZING! Our server was Austin, who was a rockstar— our orders were a little complicated but 100% correct, he took care of us beyond all expectations. Our two porterhouses were great and cooked to perfection. Wasn’t too big a fan of the creamed spinach (frozen? , but the other sides were great. Everything was hot and fresh. We were stuffed and had 5 stuffed Togo boxes but were so amazed at quality, we got Togo dessert, which looks amazing. Cheers to this location!! They’re totally keeping it together though this difficult time for the service industry."

"While the atmosphere and food were great for a late lunch, the service was less than impressive. Asked for a Waldorf chicken sandwich with gluten-free bread instead of croissant bread or cinnamon raisin bread. Get the sandwich with a croissant. Another order on our table asked a Mediterranean salad without chicken and no feta cheese. The salad came covered with feta cheese. Another order got a completely different sandwich than what was ordered. It felt like we had very little service, the food took forever and was wrong when it arrived. Was not even offered a discount on the ticket for all errors and slow service. Overall not impressed."

"My wife and I were there today and it was a wonderful experience. I had the opportunity to meet Paul the owner who was very gracious and considerate proprietor. He took time to introduce himself and show us around the store. Additionally we met with Jim the wine guy and he took a significant out of time to explain the wines the regions that they carried as well as the wines that were most popular based off of his personal experience as well as the wine club that meets their regularly.<br/ <br/ We also enjoyed lunch there in which we had the margarita pizza as well as the cheesecake that is made there on site. Both were a really great experience and really great afternoon. I highly recommend the Vino Villa!"
