"Visiting the south of the france on our hd motorcycles, we went through the castle the hospital, the house of the wines of Gerard bertrand. We started with an interesting visit to the castle, guided professionally by thibaut de braquilanges (World Director of the travel retail), including a walk through the vineyard itself and the winery with its huge stock of wines of aging,. Very impressive. After that, we had light lunch on the restaurant's terrace the art of living of the chef de cuisine laurant chabert, who prides himself on defending a sort of kitchen from the farm to the fork that supplies as much as possible with seasonal products from the surrounding area. we started with a refreshing soft-beam, followed by the green asparagus entrance of Narbonne/Collioure Ansjovy/Cut egg low temperature/sorbet and main dish steam bar net/small peas/vervein of the vegetable/citronal; all exquisite in taste and great presentation. a beautiful rose gerard bertrand volcanic, chateau la wildonne, 2016. impressed by the overall experience of lunch (the service was very attentive and friendly!), we decided to come back in the evening for the "jazz on friday", with like the jazz band "boni"

"Called to take cakes to take away and the staff sighed and didn't seem impressed, the cakes looked lovely but very expensive for a dry cupcake, it would be much more advantageous to go to a pastry and to get a delicious pastry.Because the inside looked so inviting we made the mistake to call at 11:30 for a coffee and the store looks attractive, just like the cakes, but the quality is horrible and they are too expensive. the staff is very unpleasant, we will certainly not return"

"A warm and exotic welcome, quality meats and cooked to perfection. Tartar was a real delight (and god knows how difficult it is to find restaurants in which one dares and one wants a tartare without risking indigestion!) the wine that was advised to us was very good and married perfectly with the meat. desserts. It's just what we're waiting for, greedy and absolutely not eccentric!! short we advise this restaurant without any hesitation !! Good tasting to all of you!"

"Since discovering this lovely place, we always visit when we are in the region and we have never been disappointed. The food is very good, with 2 choices of menus (25 and 35 Euro). The menu changes with the seasons and there is always something...new to be discovered. For beer lovers, they brew their own beer (Biere des Corbieres) and the wines from the abbaye are also excellent (my favourite is the Ocellus rose). The portion sizes are decent and it is not more expensive than other places in the region, considering the excellent quality of the food served. The staff are very attentive and friendly even when it gets quite busy. All in all I can highly recommend this place for a visit."

"I found this restaurant by chance and what a nice surprise. very fine and fresh cuisine and an amazing rum baba served with fruit pieces and a small vanilla ice cream, a restaurant that is essential for a very reasonable budget. The red wine from the house to the glass was good too."
